During Day 1 of the Super Distance Summit, ZAPFitness elite athlete coordinator and coach Pete Rea gives an excellent presentation on coaching individuals in a group setting. While he coaches elite level professionals his insight transcends all levels.

Pete Rea gives some insight on one of the influences in his coaching philosophy, Art Gouldin (sp?). Coaching is about always looking for something new every day to help athletes achieve their goals.
