During Day 1 of the Super Distance Summit, ZAPFitness elite athlete coordinator and coach Pete Rea gives an excellent presentation on coaching individuals in a group setting. While he coaches elite level professionals his insight transcends all levels.

Many coaches work on the Darwinian concept that if you have X number of athletes do the same thing, a few will achieve success. Pete believes that it's a coach's job to help each athlete find their own success.
