What is a week? - Pete Rea - Super Distance Summit 2010

During Day 1 of the Super Distance Summit, ZAPFitness elite athlete coordinator and coach Pete Rea gives an excellent presentation on coaching individuals in a group setting. While he coaches elite level professionals his insight transcends all levels.
Many people set up a week of training into 7 day blocks but Pete talks about how a "week" can be any number of days depending on an athlete's needs.
