The Super Distance Summit 2010 began with a panel discusion involving each of the guest speakers. Lead by the always curious mind of Jeff Johnson, the coaches answered a few basic questions about training athletes of all types.

The question is ask about what kind of impact should a coach expect to make on an athlete and what kind of legacy they hope to leave.
