Super Distance Summit

Dr. Armando Siqueiros's presentation at the Super Distance Summit on building a track team from scratch at Mission Prep in San Luis Opispo, CA. His most difficult task would be to build a program that would foster success for both an all-time great and for kids just running for fun.

Since even before Mando was coaching jordan people were questioning her ability to maintain her level of improvement throughout high school and beyond, to buck the trend of health issues, plateauing. Will she become the first female Footlocker Champion to win NCAA XC? Who knows...but Mando expalins what what they did to keep her on track for constant improvement.
